  • Longarm Edge to Edge Quilting services is 2.25 cents a square inch with a $50 min.
  • Tee Shirt Quilting is 3 cents a square inch
  • There is no thread fee, or you can send your own if you have a preference.
  • I have a large selection of colors in Glide, Omni and Bottom Line threads.
I carry a wide selection of Quilters Dream and Winline Batting. You can send your own batting along with your quilt top or you can buy batting from me.
  • Blend 80/20 Batting ($9 a yard)
  • White Batting ($11 a yard)
  • Cotton Batting ($11 a yard)
  • Bamboo Batting ($11 a yard)
If you do provide you own batting it must be in good condition

Multiply Length x Width x .0225

Cost Estimate Example:
(60 x 60 = 3600)
(3600 x .0225 = 81)
The cost of your quilting would be $81

Binding and Prep work

Machine binding:
$.13/linear inch front only
$.20/linear inch front and back

​I use 2 1/2" double fold, cotton binding. You can provide your own prepared binding, or I can prep it for you from your fabric and return any extra to you.​

Make binding from your fabric: $10​
Sew back seam: $10
The is no charge for Trimming the quilt

Before you send your quilt -

Backing should be pieced to 6" longer and wider than top

Top and backing should be pressed and clean.

Please check for any hole/missed seams. This is preventing the longarm from
getting hooked up on an open edge or hole causing a tear.

You will want to make sure the description of the work to be done and the expected completion date are complete.

Sending your Quilt -

If you are in the Treasure Valley area, we can work with either local pickup/drop off arrangements. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Brown Bear Quilting Services

We will do everything possible to meet the completion date you request. If there is a must be date, please contact us directly to ensure the date can be met.

There are hundreds of quilting designs to choose from, we find it works best of you have an idea of what you want to put it on the submission and we will send you some designs to choose from.

Any work we do can be used on our social media sites; no names will be used with the photograph.
